Grundpfandrechte 1 Die Grundpfandrechtssteuern werden zum Satz von 0,75 % erhoben. 2 Sie werden für Grundpfandrechte, die der Sicherung eines vom Bund in Anwendung der Gesetzgebung des Bundes über die Wohnbau- und Eigentumsförderung gewährten Darlehens dienen, zum Satz von 0,40 % erhoben. 3 Werden Grundpfandrechte nach Absatz 2 abgetreten, so wird eine Grundpfandsteuer zum Satz von 0,35 % erhoben. 4 Vollzugsbehörden
