Exercice d’un mandat politique 1 Il y a incompatibilité entre l'exercice du mandat de conseiller municipal et tout emploi communal. 2 Le collaborateur qui a l'intention de se porter candidat à une autre charge publique doit en informer préalablement le conseil municipal. Celui-ci en prend acte, renseigne le collaborateur sur une éventuelle incompatibilité de fait et le rend attentif aux conséquences qui en découlent. 3 Pour le surplus, la loi cantonale sur les incompatibilités du 11 février 1998 s’applique.
