23 Hilfestellung bei der Suche nach einer neuen Arbeitsstelle 1 Die zuständige Behörde kann in Absprache mit der Dienstabteilung Personal den zu entlassenden Mitarbeitenden in besonderen Fällen eine Unterstützung bei der Suche nach einer neuen Arbeitsstelle anbieten. 2 Die Hilfe erfolgt durch die Stadt oder durch eine externe Stelle, die von der Stadt beauftragt wurde. 3 Art. 11b und Art. 32 ff. bleiben vorbehalten.
