37 Dienstaltersgeschenk 1 Mitarbeitende erhalten nach 10 und 15 Dienstjahren 5 Arbeitstage, nach 20, 30 und 35 Dienstjahren 10 Arbeitstage sowie nach 25 und 40 Dienstjahren 20 Arbeitstage besoldeten Urlaub. 2 Ist der Bezug in der Form von besoldetem Urlaub aus dienstlichen Gründen nicht möglich, wird das Dienstaltersgeschenk in der Form von Besoldung ausgerichtet. 3 Der Stadtrat regelt das Nähere.
