60 Nachbezug des Dienstaltersgeschenks 1 Mitarbeitende, die am 1. Januar 1999 das 10. Dienstjahr überschritten und noch keine Dienstalterszulage bezogen haben, erhalten ein Dienstaltersgeschenk von fünf Tagen. 2 Das Dienstaltersgeschenk gemäss Abs. 1 ist in den Jahren 1999 oder 2000 nach neuem Recht zu beziehen.
