§ 6 Gebührenschuldner
(1) Zur Zahlung von Gebühren ist derjenige verpflichtet, 1. dem die öffentliche Leistung individuell zurechenbar ist, 2. der die Gebührenschuld eines anderen durch eine gegenüber der Behörde abgegebene oder ihr mitgeteilte Erklärung übernommen hat oder 3. der für die Gebührenschuld eines anderen kraft Gesetzes haftet. (2) Mehrere Gebührenschuldner haften als Gesamtschuldner.
