§ 21 Übergangsregelung
Die mit der Verordnung vom 7. Mai 2010 aufgehobenen, ersetzten oder geänderten Vorschriften dieser Verordnung sind 1. auf Anträge, die vor dem 11. Mai 2010 gestellt werden mussten, und deren Abwicklung sowie 2. auf vor dem 11. Mai 2010 eingetretene Sachverhalte in der am 10. Mai 2010 geltenden Fassung weiter anzuwenden.
