Art. 6 Ortsbildprägende Bauten
1 Ortsbildprägende Bauten im Sinne von Artikel 9 Absatz 1 des Gesetzes sind Gebäude, die durch ihre Lage und Gestalt wesentlich zur erhaltenswerten Qualität des Ortsbildes und zur Identität des Ortes beitragen. 2 Die Kantone sorgen für ein Verfahren zur Bestimmung der ortsbildprägenden Bauten.
