Art. 7
1 Eine Wohnung mit einer Nutzungsbeschränkung nach Artikel 7 Absatz 1 Buchstabe b des Gesetzes darf auch als Wohnung nach Artikel 7 Absatz 1 Buchstabe a genutzt werden. 2 Die Eigentümerin oder der Eigentümer der Wohnung hat die Nutzungsänderung innert 30 Tagen ab Bezug der Wohnung der Baubewilligungsbehörde zu melden.
