Art. 8 Sistierung nach Artikel 14 Absatz 1 Buchstabe a des Gesetzes
1 Die Baubewilligungsbehörde befristet Sistierungen nach Artikel 14 Absatz 1 Buchstabe a des Gesetzes auf längstens zwei Jahre. Sie kann die Dauer ausnahmsweise um bis zu zwei Jahre verlängern, wenn triftige Gründe dies rechtfertigen. 2 Eine weitere Fortsetzung der Sistierung ist zulässig, wenn die Voraussetzungen nach Artikel 9 erfüllt sind.
