§ 16. Menetluskulude kandmine
(1) Töövaidlusasja lahendamisel töövaidluskomisjonis kannab kumbki pool oma menetluskulud ise. (2) Töövaidluskomisjonis tekkinud kulud on kohtuvälised kulud tsiviilkohtumenetluse seadustiku § 144 punkti 4 tähenduses.
