Grundsätze 1 Die Beobachtung der Naturgefahren und die Notfallintervention im Ereignisfall von Naturgefahren wird von den zuständigen Stellen (Art. 4 und 5) basierend auf den Alarm- und Einsatzplänen (Art. 13) durchgeführt. 2 Die Notfallintervention umfasst organisatorische Massnahmen und dringende Arbeiten bei Ereignissen, die eine Gefährdung von Menschen oder erheblichen Sachwerten zur Folge haben.
