Verschwiegenheit Die Mitglieder des Grossen Stadtrates sind zur Verschwiegenheit verpflichtet, wenn sie im Rahmen ihrer Tätigkeit von Tatsachen Kenntnis erhalten, gegen deren Bekanntgabe das übergeordnete Recht oder ein überwiegendes öffentliches oder privates Interesse entgegensteht.
