Wahl und Wiederwahl 1 Der Grosse Stadtrat wählt jährlich an der ersten Sitzung des Amtsjahres aus seiner Mitte die Ratspräsidentin oder den Ratspräsidenten und die Vizepräsidentin oder den Vizepräsidenten. 2 Die Wiederwahl der bisherigen Ratspräsidentin oder des bisherigen Ratspräsidenten oder einer Person, die dieses Amt bereits einmal innehatte, ist nur zulässig, wenn sie oder er noch kein ganzes Jahr in diesem Amt war.
