Zusammensetzung 1 Bei der Zusammensetzung der Kommissionen ist das Kräfteverhältnis der Fraktionen im Grossen Stadtrat zu berücksichtigen. Massgebend ist der Nationalratsproporz. 2 Zuerst wird die Gesamtzahl der Kommissionssitze proportional auf die Fraktionen verteilt. Die Ansprüche der Fraktionen auf die Kommissionspräsidien werden separat berechnet und von der Gesamtzahl abgezogen. Seite 13/45 3 Die verbleibenden Sitze werden in der Reihenfolge der Fraktionsgrösse verteilt. 4 Im Übrigen konstituieren sich die Kommissionen selbst.
