Verfahren 1 Die Bestimmungen des Grossen Stadtrates sind sinngemäss auf die Kommissionen anwendbar. 2 Die Kommission ist verhandlungs- und beschlussfähig, wenn die Mehrheit der Mitglieder anwesend ist. 3 Die Kommissionspräsidentin oder der Kommissionspräsident stimmt mit. Bei Stimmengleichheit wird die Abstimmung wiederholt. Bei erneuter Stimmengleichheit gibt die Kommissionspräsidentin oder der Kommissionspräsident den Stichentscheid.
