Art. 59
Rückweisung 1 Hat der Grosse Stadtrat Eintreten beschlossen, kann er einen Beratungsgegenstand als Ganzes an den Stadtrat zurückweisen. 2 Kommt er im Laufe der Detailberatung zum Schluss, dass eine widerspruchsfreie Beschlussfassung nicht möglich ist, so weist er den Beratungsgegenstand an den Stadtrat oder die vorberatende Kommission zurück. 3 Anträge auf Rückweisung führen aus, was überprüft, geändert oder ergänzt werden soll.
