Stimmabgabe mit Handzeichen 1 Ist keine elektronische Abstimmungsanlage vorhanden, erfolgt die Stimmabgabe durch Hochheben der Hand. Die Ratspräsidentin oder der Ratspräsident kann das Resultat ohne Auszählung feststellen. 2 Zehn Ratsmitglieder können die Abstimmung unter Namensaufruf verlangen. Nach Aufruf durch die Ratspräsidentin oder den Ratspräsidenten gibt das Mitglied des Grossen Stadtrates seine Zustimmung, Ablehnung oder Enthaltung bekannt. Über den Namensaufruf wird Protokoll geführt. 3 Bei der Abstimmung über Anträge, die einem Referendum unterliegen, werden die Stimmen immer ausgezählt.
