Einreichung 1 Vorstösse können von erst- oder mitunterzeichneten Mitgliedern des Grossen Stadtrates elektronisch bei der Stadtkanzlei eingereicht werden. 2 Das gleiche Recht haben die Fraktionen, die Geschäftsleitung und, in ihrem Sachbereich, die Kommissionen. 3 Innerhalb von drei Werktagen wird der Vorstoss von der Stadtkanzlei mit einem Eingangsvermerk und einer Ordnungsnummer versehen. Massgebender Zeitpunkt ist der Eingang bei der Stadtkanzlei. 4 Die Begründungen von Vorstössen sind kurz zu halten.
