Motion 1 Mit der Motion wird der Stadtrat beauftragt, dem Grossen Stadtrat eine der folgenden Vorlagen zu unterbreiten: a. Entwurf, Änderung oder Aufhebung eines Beschlusses, der in die Kompetenz des Grossen Stadtrates oder der Stimmbevölkerung fällt; b. besondere Planungs- und Rechenschaftsberichte. 2 Für die Ausführung des Auftrages kann die Motion eine angemessene Frist vorsehen.
