Jahresziele 1 Der Regierungsrat legt gestützt auf sein Legislaturprogramm Jahresziele fest. Sie bezeichnen die Massnahmen zur Zielerreichung und die dem Landrat und der Landsgemeinde vorzulegenden Geschäfte. Sie sind Grundlage für die Geschäftsplanung gemäss Artikel 1. 2 Die Departemente und die Staatskanzlei bestimmen ihre Jahresziele in Abstimmung mit denjenigen des Regierungsrates.
