§ 10 Bestimmungen durch Landesregierungen
Die Landesregierungen oder die von ihnen beauftragten obersten Landesbehörden bestimmen die für die Durchführung dieses Gesetzes zuständigen Behörden und Kostenträger und können Näheres zum Verfahren festlegen, soweit dies nicht durch Landesgesetz geregelt ist. Die bestimmten zuständigen Behörden und Kostenträger können auf Grund näherer Bestimmung gemäß Satz 1 Aufgaben und Kostenträgerschaft auf andere Behörden übertragen.
