§ 3 Aufgabendurchführung
(1) Das Bundesinstitut erledigt im Rahmen der ihm durch § 2 Abs. 1 zugewiesenen Tätigkeiten die Verwaltungsaufgaben des Bundes, die dem Bundesinstitut durch Gesetz oder auf Grund eines Gesetzes zugewiesen sind.
