19 Vollzug 1 Der Stadtrat ist durch eine aktive Energiepolitik dafür besorgt, dass in der Stadt Luzern förderungswürdige Projekte im Sinne des Fonds verwirklicht werden. 2 Er unterstützt auf diese Weise insbesondere auch Projekte Privater. 3 Er erlässt die erforderlichen Ausführungsbestimmungen. 4 Er bezeichnet die für den Vollzug dieser Bestimmungen zuständigen Stellen. 19 Fassung gemäss Änderung vom 17.
