Seite 4/17 2 Für den Strassen- und Schienenverkehr auf Stadtgebiet strebt die Stadt Luzern in Koordination mit den entsprechenden Bestrebungen von Bund und Kanton Luzern die folgenden Absenkpfade an: a.
