7 Massnahmen 1 Die Stadt Luzern trifft zur Erreichung der in Art. 5 definierten Absenkpfade und des in Art. 5a festgelegten Zubaupfads die in ihrem Einflussbereich liegenden Massnahmen. 2 Die Massnahmen werden jeweils zu mehrjährigen Aktionsplänen zusammengefasst. Die Finanzierung der Massnahmen erfolgt in der Regel über den städtischen Energiefonds. 3 Für Massnahmen ausserhalb ihres Einflussbereiches stellt die Stadt Luzern entsprechende Anträge an den Kanton Luzern oder den Bund.
