Art. 51 Wiederholung der Publikation
(Art. 37m Abs. 1 und 4 BankG) Ergeben sich vor Abschluss der Liquidation (Art. 57) neue Erkenntnisse über berechtigte Personen, so passt die Bank oder Person nach Artikel 1b BankG den Aufruf an und veröffentlicht ihn erneut. Mit der Publikation beginnt die Meldefrist von einem Jahr neu zu laufen.
