Art. 55 Protokoll über den Liquidationsbeschluss
(Art. 37m Abs. 1 und 4 BankG) 1 Die Bank oder Person nach Artikel 1b BankG führt ein Protokoll über ihren Beschluss, nachrichtenlose Vermögenswerte zu liquidieren. 2 Das Protokoll enthält: a. die Dokumentation der Prüfung nach Artikel 53; b. eine Auflistung der zu liquidierenden Vermögenswerte; c. Angaben zum vorgesehenen Liquidationsverfahren.
