Die FINMA veröffentlicht jährlich ihre Beurteilung der Notfallplanung und der Stabilisierungsplanung der systemrelevanten Banken sowie der Sanier- und Liquidierbarkeit im In- und Ausland der international tätigen systemrelevanten Banken und informiert über den Stand der Abwicklungsplanung. Sie orientiert dabei über die wesentlichen Feststellungen. Fassung gemäss Ziff. I der V vom 23. Nov. 2022, in Kraft seit 1. Jan. 2023 (AS 2022 804).
