Art. 16 Ausstandsgründe
1 Die Mitglieder der Schulkommission treten in den Ausstand, sofern die im § 10 des Gemeindegesetzes aufgeführten Gründe vorliegen. 2 Ein ausstandpflichtiges Mitglied hat den Sitzungsraum vor Behandlung des Geschäftes zu verlassen. Im Protokoll ist ein entsprechender Vermerk anzubringen.
