Art. 14 Befreiung von der Bewilligungspflicht für Nacht- und Sonntagsarbeit in der beruflichen Grundbildung
(Art. 31 Abs. 4 ArG) Das WBF legt unter Berücksichtigung der Voraussetzungen nach den Artikeln 12 Absatz 1 und 13 Absatz 1 nach Konsultation der Sozialpartner fest: a. für welche beruflichen Grundbildungen keine Bewilligung für Nacht- und Sonntagsarbeit nach den Artikeln 12 Absatz 1 und 13 Absatz 1 notwendig ist; b. den Umfang der Nacht- und Sonntagsarbeit.
