(Art. 2 Abs. 3 und 4 Abs. 3 ArG) 1 In Betrieben mit überwiegend gärtnerischer Pflanzenproduktion ist das Arbeitsgesetz anwendbar auf Jugendliche in der beruflichen Grundbildung nach dem Berufsbildungsgesetz vom 13. Dezember 2002 (BBG) (berufliche Grundbildung). 2 In Familienbetrieben ist das Arbeitsgesetz auf jugendliche Familienangehörige anwendbar, sofern diese gemeinsam mit anderen Arbeitnehmerinnen und Arbeitnehmern beschäftigt werden. SR 412.10
