810.2001 Rettungsdiensttarif Stadt Zürich Stadtratsbeschluss vom 22. Juni 2011 (720) Der Rettungsdiensttarif wird mit Wirkung ab 1. Juli 2011 neu wie folgt festgesetzt: A. Grundleistungen, Notarztleistungen und Zuschläge 1. Grundleistungen Tarif Fr. 1.1 Grundtaxe (1) 210 1.2 Grundtaxe Notfall Nicht aufschiebbare Transporte (1) 470 1.3 Kilometerpreis, pro km (2) 3 1.4 Arbeitszeit Besatzung Je angebrochene 15 Minuten und pro Person (3) Transporthelfer Dipl. Pflegepersonal (DN II) Kinder-Krankenpflegepersonal Rettungsleiter Intensiv- und Anästhesiepflegepersonal Kinder-Intensivpflegepersonal 1.6 Dienstleistungen ohne Transport des Patienten Bei Dienstleistungen ohne Transportfolgen werden die Grundtaxe, die km- Pauschale bzw. km-Entschädigung sowie die Dienstleistung vor Ort in Rechnung gestellt. 2Rettungsdiensttarif Stadt Zürich 810.200 2. Notarzteinsätze Tarif Fr. 2.1 Notarztzubringer Notarztfahrzeug mit Besatzung 2.2 Ärztliche Leistung Notarzt Der Notarzttarif beinhaltet die ärztliche Leistung eines Notarztes ohne Entschädigung für Notarzttransport, Verbrauchsmaterial und Medikamente und wird pauschal verrechnet. 3. Zuschläge Tarif Fr. 3.1 Nachtzuschlag Pro Einsatz (4) 75 3.2 Sonntags-/Feiertagszuschlag Pro Einsatz (5) 75 3.3 Wartezeit Wird als Arbeitszeit verrechnet gemäss 1.4. 3.4 Rückfahrten Für Rückfahrten des gleichen Patienten, am selben Tag, kommt der Normaltarif zur Anwendung. 3.5 Umwegfahrten Die zusätzlichen km sowie die Arbeitszeit werden verrechnet. 3.6 Mehrere Patienten im Fahrzeug Bei Transporten mit mehreren Patienten im gleichen Fahrzeug werden die Kosten anteilmässig in Rechnung gestellt. 3.7 Begleitpersonen Nicht taxpflichtig (kein Transportanspruch). 3.8 Isoletten-/Organtransporte* Für diese Transporte gilt bei Einfachwie bei Doppelbesatzung der vorliegende Tarif. * Von den Organtransporten sind jene ausgeschlossen, die unter den «Vertrag für die Regelung von Transplantationen solider Organe und Transport» fallen. 3Rettungsdiensttarif Stadt Zürich 810.200 3.9 Material, Wäsche, Administration Medikamente, verschmutzte Wäsche, Verbrauchsmaterial usw. werden gemäss Rubrik C in Rechnung gestellt. 4. Erläuterungen zu den Tarifpositionen (1) Pos. 1.1 Pos. 1.2 Die Grundtaxe umfasst 1 Stunde Arbeitszeit, die Einsatzdisposition, Infrastrukturkosten und Pikettstellungen. Ein Einsatz ist ein «nicht aufschiebbarer Transport», wenn er nicht planbar ist, d. h., wenn er seit Eingang des Auftrags (Alarmierung) innerhalb einer Stunde stattfinden muss. (2) Pos. 1.3 Für alle Fahrten/Transporte sind die gefahrenen Kilometer massgeblich. (3) Pos. 1.4 In der Grundtaxe ist die erste Arbeitsstunde (Fahr- und Arbeitszeit) für die Besatzung (2 Personen) enthalten. Spesen wie Verpflegungs- und Übernachtungskosten, Verlade- und Autobahngebühren usw. werden zusätzlich nach Aufwand in Rechnung gestellt. (4) Pos. 3.1 Der Nachtzuschlag gilt für alle Einsätze, welche zwischen 20.00 Uhr und 6.00 Uhr begonnen werden. (5) Pos. 3.2 Der Sonntags-/Feiertagszuschlag gilt für alle Einsätze, welche zwischen 0.00 Uhr und 24.00 Uhr des betreffenden Tages begonnen werden. B. C. Sondereinsätze Einsätze bei Grossereignissen werden wie folgt in Rechnung gestellt: – Arbeitszeit der Mitarbeitenden gemäss den jeweils gültigen Ansätzen – Infrastruktur und Verbrauchsmaterial nach Aufwand – Einsatz anderer Organisationen gemäss deren Rechnungsstellung Der Rettungsdiensttarif der Stadt Zürich vom 1. Januar 2005 (STRB Nr. 2224/2004; AS 810.200) wird auf den Zeitpunkt des Inkrafttretens dieses Beschlusses aufgehoben. 810.200 Emergency Services Tariff for the City of Zurich City Council Decision of 22 June 2011 (720) The Emergency Services Tariff shall be adjusted as set out below, with effect from 1 July, 2011: (the original German version of this tariff is binding) A - Basic services, emergency medical services and surcharges 1. Emergency doctor call-outs Tariff in CHF 2.1 Emergency doctor transport Emergency doctor’s vehicle with crew 210 2.2 Medical services, emergency doctor The emergency doctor’s tariff includes the medical services of an emergency doctor, without compensation for emergency doctor’s transport, consumables and medication and will be charged at a flat rate. 3. Surcharges Tariff in CHF 3.1 Night-time surcharge Per deployment (4) 75 3.2 Sunday/public holiday surcharge Per deployment (5) 75 3.3 Waiting time Charged as working time in accordance with 1.4. 3.4 Return journeys For return trips for the same patient, on the same day, the normal rate is applied. 3.5 Detours The additional km and working time will be charged. 3.6 Several patients in the vehicle When transporting several patients in the same vehicle, the costs will be charged proportionately. 3.7 Accompanying persons Not chargeable (no transportation requirement) 3.8 Transport of isolettes and organs* The present tariff applies for the transport of these items for single and two-man crews. * Any organ transportation which falls under the “Agreement for the regulation of the transplants of solid organs and transport” is excluded. 3.9 Materials, laundry, administration Medicines, soiled laundry, consumables, etc. will be charged in accordance with Section C. 4. Explanatory notes to the tariff headings (1) Hdg 1.1 Hdg 1.2 The basic charge comprises 1 hour’s working time, scheduling of deployment, infrastructure costs and standby services. Deployment is deemed to be "transport that cannot be delayed" if it cannot be planned, i.e. if it must take place within one hour of the receipt of the order (alert). (2) Hdg 1.3 The kilometres driven apply for all journeys/transports (3) Hdg 1.4 The basic charge includes the first hour of work (travel and working time) for the crew (2 people). Expenses, such as food and accommodation, loading and motorway charges, etc. will be charged at cost additionally. (4) Hdg 3.1 The night-time surcharge applies to all deployments which are started between 20:00 and 06:00. (5) Hdg 3.2 The Sunday and public holiday surcharge applies to all deployments which are started between 00:00 and 24:00 on the relevant day. C - Special deployments Deployments at large events shall be charged as follows:  Working time of the staff in accordance with the respective prevailing rates  Infrastructure and consumables according to expenditure  Deployment of other organisations in accordance with their invoice The City of Zurich’s Emergency Services Tariff of 1 January 2005 (City Council Decision No. 2224/2004; AS 810.200) shall be repealed on the date this decision becomes effective. 810.200 Tarif du service de sauvetage de la ville de Zurich Décision du Conseil de ville du 22 juin 2011 (720) Avec effet à compter du 1er juillet 2011, le tarif du service de sauvetage est désormais fixé comme suit: (seule la version originale de ce tarif en allemand fait foi) A - Prestations de base, prestations de médecin d’urgence et suppléments 1. Interventions de médecin d’urgence Tarif Fr. 2.1 Véhicule acheminant le médecin d’urgence Véhicule d’urgence avec équipage 210 2.2 Prestation médicale du médecin d’urgence Le tarif de médecin d’urgence inclut la prestation médicale d’un médecin d’urgence sans indemnisation du transport d’urgence, des consommables et médicaments et sera facturé sur une base forfaitaire. 3. Suppléments Tarif Fr. 3.1 Supplément nocturne Par intervention (4) 75 3.2 Supplément de dimanche/jour férié Par intervention (5) 75 3.3 Temps d’attente Celui-ci est facturé comme temps de travail selon 1.4. 3.4 Trajets de retour Pour les trajets de retour du même patient le même jour, le tarif normal est applicable. 3.5 Détours Les km et le temps de travail supplémentaires sont facturés. 3.6 Plusieurs patients dans le véhicule Lors des transports de plusieurs patients dans le même véhicule, les coûts seront facturés au prorata. 3.7 Accompagnateurs Non soumis à la taxe (aucun droit de transport) 3.8 Transports d’isolettes et d’organes* Pour de tels transports avec équipage simple ou double, le présent tarif est applicable. * Sont exclus des transports d’organes ceux qui sont régis par le «Contrat pour la réglementation des transplantations d’organes solides et du transport». 3.9 Matériel, linge, administration Les médicaments, le linge sale, les consommables, etc. sont facturés conformément à la rubrique C. 4. Explications à propos des positions tarifaires (1) Pos. 1.1 Pos .1.2 La taxe de base inclut 1 heure de temps de travail, l’intervention, les coûts d’infrastructure et les mises de piquet. Une intervention est considérée comme «transport ne pouvant pas être reporté» si elle n’est pas planifiable, c.-à-d. si elle doit avoir lieu jusqu’à une heure après la réception de la commande (alarme). (2) Pos. 1.3 Pour tous les trajets/transports, les kilomètres parcourus sont déterminants. (3) Pos. 1.4 La taxe de base inclut la première heure de temps de travail (temps de trajet et temps de travail) pour l’équipage (2 personnes). Les dépenses telles que les frais de restauration et d’hébergement, de chargement et de péage, etc. sont facturés en sus selon les sommes engagées. (4) Pos. 3.1 Le supplément nocturne s’applique à toutes les interventions démarrant entre 20h00 et 06h00. (5) Pos. 3.2 Le supplément de dimanche/jour férié s’applique à toutes les interventions démarrant entre 00h00 et 24h00 du jour concerné. Interventi medici d'urgenza Tariffa Fr. 2.1 Automedica Mezzo di soccorso con equipaggiamento 210 2.2 Servizio medico d'urgenza La tariffa del medico d’urgenza comprende il servizio di un medico d‘urgenza senza indennizzo per trasporto medico d’urgenza, materiali di consumo e farmaci e viene calcolata su base forfettaria. 3. Supplementi Tariffa Fr. 3.1 Supplemento notturno Per impiego (4) 75 3.2 Supplemento festivo / di domenica Per impiego (5) 75 3.3 Tempo di attesa Viene fatturato come tempo di lavoro secondo 1.4. 3.4 Viaggi di ritorno Per viaggi di ritorno del medesimo paziente e nello stesso giorno viene applicata la tariffa normale. 3.5 Deviazioni di percorso Verranno fatturati i chilometri e il tempo di lavoro aggiuntivi. 3.6 Più pazienti nel veicolo In caso di più pazienti nel veicolo i costi verranno divisi tra tutti i pazienti. 3.7 Accompagnatori Non soggetti a prezzo base (nessun diritto al trasporto) 3.8 Trasporto neonatale e di organi* Per questi trasporti è valida la presente tariffa sia per occupazione semplice sia doppia. * Sono esclusi i trasporti di organi che ricadono nell’«accordo per la regolamentazione dei trapianti di organi solidi e del loro trasporto». 3.9 Materiale, biancheria, amministrazione I farmaci, la biancheria sporca e i materiali d'uso ecc. vengono fatturati secondo la rubrica C. 4. Spiegazioni delle voci tariffarie (1) Voce 1.1 Voce 1.2 La tassa di base comprende 1 ora lavorativa, la disposizione all'intervento, i costi d'infrastruttura e la squadra di pronto soccorso. Un intervento è un "trasporto non rimandabile" quando non si può progettare, vale a dire se dal momento dell'ordine (allarme) deve aver luogo entro un'ora. (2) Voce 1.3 Per tutti i viaggi / trasporti sono determinanti i chilometri di percorso. (3) Voce 1.4 La tassa di base include la prima ora lavorativa (tempo di percorso e di lavoro) per l'equipaggiamento (2 persone). Eventuali altre spese come spese di vitto e alloggio, spese di carico o di autostrada ecc. verranno addebitate a parte come costo. (4) Voce 3.1 Il supplemento notturno si adotta per tutti gli interventi iniziati tra le ore 20.00 e 06.00.
