§ 2¹. Andmekaitse Inspektsiooni pädevus kollektiivse esindushagi menetluses
Andmekaitse Inspektsioon on pädev üksus tarbijakaitseseaduse §-de 60² ja 66² tähenduses ning võib pöörduda Eesti Vabariigi nimel andmesubjektide kollektiivsete huvide kaitseks riigisisese kollektiivse esindushagiga maakohtusse, samuti piiriülese kollektiivse esindushagiga teise Euroopa Liidu liikmesriigi kohtusse.
