§ 55. Andmekaitse Inspektsiooni pädevus sertifitseerimisasutuse akrediteerimisel
Pädev asutus Euroopa Parlamendi ja nõukogu määruse (EL) 2016/679 artikli 43 lõike 1 tähenduses, kes on pädev akrediteerima sertifitseerimisasutusi, millel on andmekaitse vallas asjakohased eksperditeadmised, on Andmekaitse Inspektsioon.
