39 Rechnungsprüfung 1 Die Rechnungsprüfung gemäss den kantonalen Bestimmungen über den Finanzhaushalt der Gemeinden 40 erfolgt durch das Finanzinspektorat. Im Rahmen dieser Aufgabe verkehrt es mit der für die Finanzen zuständigen Kommission des Grossen Stadtrates direkt und gewährt dieser Einsicht in seine Unterlagen. 2 Das Finanzinspektorat übt seine Prüfungstätigkeit fachlich selbstständig und unabhängig aus. 3 Der Grosse Stadtrat regelt das Nähere in einem Reglement.
