Art. 73
Ausführungsgesetzgebung Die ausführenden Bestimmungen zu dieser Gemeindeordnung sind innert fünf Jahren seit Inkrafttreten dieser Gemeindeordnung zu erlassen. Bis zum Erlass der entsprechenden Ausführungsbestimmungen ist der Stadtrat aufgrund dieses Erlasses ermächtigt, die Tarife für die Energie- und Wasserlieferungen der Städtischen Werke festlegen.
