Art. 4 Buchprüfung
1 Der Abgabepflichtige ist berechtigt und auf Verlangen verpflichtet, der Buchprüfung (Art. 37 Abs. 2 StG) beizuwohnen und die erforderlichen Aufschlüsse zu erteilen. 2 Die ESTV ist nicht verpflichtet, die Buchprüfung zum Voraus anzuzeigen. Ausdruck gemäss Anhang der V vom 9. Juni 2023, in Kraft seit 1. Sept. 2023 (AS 2023 305). Diese Änd. wurde im ganzen Erlass berücksichtigt.
