§ 16. Andmete õigsuse tagamine
Andmeandja vastutab tema esitatud andmete ning alusdokumentidel olevate andmete õigsuse eest alusdokumentide esitamise ajal. Andmekogu vastutav töötleja vastutab, et tema poolt andmekogusse kantud andmed vastavad andmeandja esitatud andmetele.
