§ 123. Lapse huvidest juhindumine
(1) Kohus teeb kõiki selles peatükis reguleeritud lapsesse puutuvaid asju läbi vaadates esmajoones lapse huvidest lähtuva lahendi, arvestades kõiki asjaolusid ja asjaomaste isikute õigustatud huvi. (2) Kohus muudab varem tehtud lahendi, kui seda nõuavad lapse heaolu püsivalt mõjutavad kaalukad asjaolud.
