Vanemad paigutavad nende valitsetava lapsele kuuluva raha vara heaperemeheliku valitsemise põhimõtete kohaselt, kui seda ei tule kulutada lapse ülalpidamiskulude katteks, järgides käesoleva seaduse §-s 186 sätestatut.
