(1) Vanemad peavad lapse varahooldusõigust teostades ilmutama samasugust hoolt nagu nad tavaliselt rakendavad oma asjades. (2) Kui lapsele kahju tekkimise on põhjustanud mõlemad vanemad, vastutavad nad solidaarvõlgnikena.
