§ 159. Lapsendamisavaldus ja lapsendamise määrus
(1) Lapsendamise otsustab kohus lapsendaja avalduse alusel. (2) Lapsendamisavaldus ei tohi olla tingimuslik ega tähtajaline ning see tuleb esitada isiklikult. (3) Laps on lapsendatud lapsendamise kohtumääruse jõustumisest alates.
