Suchtmittelfreie Zonen 1 Der Konsum von Alkohol, Nikotin oder anderen legalen Suchtmitteln auf Schulhaus- und Kindergartenarealen sowie auf Kinderspielplätzen ist verboten. Der Stadtrat kann Ausnahmen bewilligen oder diese Befugnis delegieren. 2 In Freizeitanlagen sowie in öffentlichen Park- und Gartenanlagen kann der Stadtrat solche Zonen festlegen. 3 Das Mitführen von angebrochenen Trinkbehältnissen gilt als Konsum. 4 Die suchtmittelfreien Zonen sind entsprechend zu kennzeichnen.
