Verordnung der Bundesregierung über die Ausschreibung der Wahl zum Nationalrat, die Festsetzung des Wahltages und des Stichtages StF: BGBl. II Nr. 169/2024 Aufgrund des § 1 Abs. 2 der Nationalrats-Wahlordnung 1992 – NRWO, BGBl. Nr. 471, zuletzt geändert durch das Bundesgesetz BGBl. I Nr. 130/2023, wird verordnet:

§ 2. Im Einvernehmen mit dem Hauptausschuss des Nationalrates wird als Wahltag der 29. September 2024 festgesetzt.
