§ 19. Teabenõude täitmise tähtaja pikendamine
Kui teabevaldajal on vaja teabenõuet täpsustada või kui teabe väljaselgitamine on aeganõudev, võib ta teabenõude täitmise tähtaega pikendada kuni 15 tööpäevani. Tähtaja pikendamisest koos põhjendustega teatab teabevaldaja teabenõudjale viie tööpäeva jooksul.
