§ 52. Andmekaitse Inspektsiooni ettekirjutuse täitmine
(1) Teabevaldaja võtab ettekirjutuse saamisest alates viie tööpäeva jooksul kasutusele abinõud ettekirjutuse täitmiseks ja teatab sellest Andmekaitse Inspektsioonile. Andmekaitse Inspektsioon avalikustab teate oma veebilehel. (2)
