§ 1 Erhebung von Gebühren
Die Bundesnetzagentur erhebt Gebühren nach Maßgabe dieser Verordnung für Entscheidungen über die Zuteilung von Frequenzen nach § 55 des Telekommunikationsgesetzes sowie die damit im engen Zusammenhang stehenden individuell zurechenbaren öffentlichen Leistungen und für Maßnahmen aufgrund von Verstößen gegen die §§ 52 bis 60 des Telekommunikationsgesetzes.
