Art. 33 Kürzung des Vorsteuerabzugs
1) Mittelflüsse, die nicht als Entgelte gelten (Art. 18 Abs. 2), führen unter Vorbehalt von Abs. 2 zu keiner Kürzung des Vorsteuerabzugs. 2) Die steuerpflichtige Person hat ihren Vorsteuerabzug verhältnismässig zu kürzen, wenn sie Gelder nach Art. 18 Abs. 2 Bst. a und b erhält.
