Art. 85 Löschung im Handelsregister
Eine juristische Person oder eine Betriebsstätte eines ausländischen Unternehmens darf im Handelsregister erst dann gelöscht werden, wenn die Steuerverwaltung dem Amt für Justiz angezeigt hat, dass die geschuldete Steuer bezahlt oder sichergestellt ist.
